Here is a Wellness Wheel concept I am working on. I may periodically update this if I have any revelations.

Created by an Inkscape rookie (myself) in an effort to adapt what my therapist threw at me. Put your dates at the top. Every day gets a color filled in on the legend at the bottom (I use ROY G BIV to keep track) and any day you feel you have spent time focusing on an area, fill in a commensurate amount of bars with the appropriate color. Two bars in a day should be reserved for a heavy focus, any more need be backed up by an exceptional feat IMO.
